hey, just wanna share this with you guys, hope that we all will want to be like the little boy...
A guy got a very nice car from his brother for a present. When he stopped outside a shop to buy things, he came out he saw a little street boy admiring his car.
The boy asked him where he got the car. He said his brother gave it to him, and he thought the little boy would say he wished he had a brother like that. But the boy said he wished he could BE a brother like tat!
Then they guy asked why the boy said that. It turns out, he had a crippled brother at home and he always carried his crippled brother out during Christmas to admire the decorations in the streets, but this year the brother is too big for him to carry.
So the guy was touched and drove the little boy, and his brother, all over the town. The guy was touched and brought the boy home to the door step, thinking the boy would show off tat there is a big car outside his house. But instead, the boy carried his brother out and told him, 'see that? That’s they car I told you about just now. And someday, I will buy it for you and you don't have to pay a cent. Just wait, someday I will buy it for you.
the message, according to my friend, was shared not only in church, but ALSO at her sch, where they preached it during the service in the morning there... ( their sch has a period specially for service ) so i think its v. impt lar, since it was shared twice, some more, recently... hahas...

But still, do not forget to continue praying for the people still having exams They need ur prayers, they need ur support, moreover, they need ur strength So, rejoice everyday, rejoice for urself n others. What could be better, if we can all rejoice after we finished our exams. So people, we must still continue the walk together. Help each other out, pull each other up, bring one another to a higher level. For rejoicing alone is minute to rejoicing together

When I survey
Beeleng shared with us a poem on " When i survey" on saturday during cg. I thought it sounded a familiar... so i went to check out my track list and found out that i had e song! wahahaha, not too bad a hymn. ^^ Jesus reigns forever!
celtic version:
normal version:
The poem: Verse 1 When I survey the wondrous cross On which the Prince of glory died, My richest gain I count but loss, And pour contempt on all my pride.
Verse 2 Forbid it, Lord, that I should boast, Save in the death of Christ my God! All the vain things that charm me most, I sacrifice them to His blood.
Verse 3 See from His head, His hands, His feet, Sorrow and love flow mingled down! Did e’er such love and sorrow meet, Or thorns compose so rich a crown?
Verse 4 His dying crimson, like a robe, Spreads o’er His body on the tree; Then I am dead to all the globe, And all the globe is dead to me.
Verse 5 Were the whole realm of nature mine, That were a present far too small: Love so amazing, so divine, Demands my soul, my life, my all.
